Rosalia, a retired and beautiful adventurer who once hunted demons, now runs an orphanage in a secluded area, having left her dangerous past behind. One day, she encounters a strange insect, which she later discovers is a part of Demar, the King of Lustful Tentacles, an old enemy she had spared. Realizing he still desires her, Rosalia decides to face him alone. However, she is overwhelmed by his numerous tentacles, which ensnare her tightly, drawing her into a dark and personal danger she thought she had left behind, where lust and desire intertwine in a macabre dance.
